Booking Terms

By making a booking with Cheap Taxis Bristol, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the journey as agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Please see our cancellation policy for full details.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

• Treat drivers with respect
• Not cause damage to the vehicle
• Not smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
• Comply with the driver's reasonable requests

Liability

While we take every care with your journey, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or road conditions.
